Visitor passes with QR codes

Create a pass for a guest, delivery or contractor and share it. Security scans it for instant check-in.

Send a link by text or WhatsApp and your visitor fills in their own details.

Bulletins & emergency alerts

Announcements, incidents and event updates, with a banner on every page when something urgent is posted.

How to install the app Log in Some features are switched on by the community office, so your app may show a little more or less than this.
Get the app on your phone

Install in under a minute

No app store needed. The app adds straight to your Home Screen from your browser.

  1. Open the login page in Safari.
  2. Tap the Share icon at the bottom of Safari.
  3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
  4. Tap Add. The app icon appears on your Home Screen.
New resident? Tap “Register as a new user” on the login page. The office approves your account before you can log in. Stay signed in. Once you log in, you stay signed in on that device for up to 90 days. Forgot your password? Use the “Forgot your password?” link on the login page.

Expecting a guest?

Register visitors in the app before they arrive so security can let them in quickly.

  1. Add a visitor

    Tap “Add a visitor” on your Dashboard and enter their name, car and licence plate.

  2. Choose how long

    Set a single visit, a few days, or a longer pass for regular helpers.

  3. Share the pass

    Tap “Share Pass” to send the QR code to your visitor.

  4. Scanned at the gate

    Security scans the code for instant check-in. Follow arrivals in the Daily Log.
